About the Job
Job Summary:
Servers/Server Assistants provide daily service to the membership, creating personal and catered member experience. Servers take food and beverage orders, make accurate order accommodations, and serve in a timely basis.
Excellent member experience and service is a primary objective. To deliver elevated levels of service, teamwork, and cooperation with work peers is essential. Individuals should possess an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome members, present menus and offer beverages.
- Take accurate food/drink orders and send it to kitchen in a timely manner.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
- Clear and reset table settings.
- Preparation and replenishing of condiments.
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Must be Smart Serve certified or currently pursuing Smart Serve certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous serving experience is an asset.
- Computers and POS (Point of Sale) experience an asset.
